Our Peer Support Program is built on the belief that no first responder should face life's toughest moments alone. We are developing a regional network of trained peer supporters who understand the unique challenges of the profession because they've lived them themselves. ​By connecting agencies across our service area, every responder has access to confidential peer support—whether they need help within their own agency or from someone outside their county. This network ensures responders can reach someone they trust, wherever they are, whenever they need it. Together, we're creating a stronger, more connected responder community where support is always within reach.
